We are delighted to invite you to the Bridgnorth Walking Rugby Launch.
Join us at Bridgnorth Rugby Club on Monday, 13 April 2026, from 10:00am to 12:00pm, as we kick off our new walking rugby programme.
We will be officially launching this new club and would be pleased to welcome you as our guest to help showcase this lottery-funded, Age UK–supported initiative for men aged 60+.
We are also pleased to welcome invited guests who, while not taking part in the walking rugby activity itself, will be attending the launch to show their support. Their presence highlights the importance of partnership, community and shared commitment to the success of this initiative.
The morning will begin with a reception in the rugby clubhouse, followed by a demonstration of the game to help participants understand the rules, and will conclude with refreshments back in the clubhouse.
Walking rugby is a fantastic way to stay active and enjoy the game at a slower pace, making it suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
