Hello and a very warm welcome to our Walking Rugby community!
We’re so glad you’ve found us.
Whether you’re returning to rugby after a break, trying it for the very first time, or simply looking for a fun, social way to stay active — you’re in exactly the right place.
What is Walking Rugby?
Walking Rugby is a slower-paced, non-contact version of traditional rugby. It keeps the spirit, teamwork, and enjoyment of the game while making it accessible to people of all abilities, and fitness levels.
No tackling.
No intense physical contact.
Just skill, movement, laughter, and great company.
